Job Title: Primary Lead Guide
A Montessori Primary Teacher acts as a guide and facilitator in a classroom environment, fostering a child-centered learning experience by providing hands-on activities and individualized support, carefully observing each child's development to tailor lessons that encourage independent exploration and mastery of essential early childhood skills within the Montessori framework, all while maintaining a prepared and stimulate.
Potential responsibilities:
Planning and preparing engaging Montessori-based lessons
Implementing small group and individual activities
Documenting student progress through observation and anecdotal records
Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
Attending professional development opportunities to stay updated on Montessori practices.
Required qualifications:
Montessori teaching credential.
Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
Strong understanding of child development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
